How did you get started in the industry?
I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and I have taken my experience and knowledge from the back of the house to the front of the house, now for more than 34 years.
Each wedding is different as it reflects my couple’s style; be it, the time of year, set up and décor of a Ballroom, food and beverage selections, to how the day ends. Helping couples imagine their own unique wedding is what I love to do best; it is very creative and changes every day! I cherish each and every one of my weddings as if it was my own!

Are there any weddings that stand out for you?
They are all special to me, but one experience does stand out. I created “a wedding to remember” on 11.11.11 for a chosen Military couple with an all-expense paid wedding and honeymoon covered by Boston Fox25. That was very meaningful to me.

What do you enjoy when you’re not working?
Outside of work, I’ve been married for 36 years and enjoy working in the yard, our two dachshunds Frank and Garrett, and traveling to sunny soaked beaches with tropical blue waters.
